Topdanmark A/S: Weekly reporting on share buyback programme - Transactions during 7 November 2023 – 13 November 2023

On 24 October 2023, Topdanmark announced a share buyback programme of a market value of up to DKK 50m (company announcement no 13/2023). The share buyback programme is carried out in accordance with Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR).

The share buyback programme was approved by the Danish FSA on 12 October, and it is planned to be carried out in the period 24 October 2023 to 21 November 2023.

Of the share buyback programme of a total of DKK 50m, the transactions carried out in the period 24 October 2023 to 13 November 2023 amounts to DKK 36,249,612.

The following transactions have been carried out under the share buyback programme in the period 7 November 2023 to 13 November 2023:
