POLYTEC HOLDING AG announces the closing of the divestiture of PEGUFORM GROUP.

Due to the fulfilment of all suspensive conditions of the restructuring agreement (approval by the general meeting as well as the approval of antitrust authorities) from now on the agreement is legally binding.
