Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each from J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Proprietary Limited.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares
Since 27 May 2021, the Company has purchased 7,334,294 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 221,865,896.661
Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,722,072,142 ordinary shares in issue.
