BOARD CHANGES

RM is pleased to announce that Charles Bligh has been appointed a Non-Executive Director with effect from 2 July 2021.

Charles is the Chief Executive Officer at Restore plc and was appointed to this position in April 2019.  He was previously Chief Operating Officer and main Board Director at TalkTalk Telecom Group plc, which he joined in 2011. He previously spent 20 years at IBM Corporation in various countries, culminating in his role as Vice President, Commercial Sector in UK and Ireland.

Restore is a supplier to RM of scanning and associated services.  RM's expenditure with Restore is around 1% of RM's revenue.  In order to avoid any conflict, Charles will not participate in discussions or decisions concerning Restore or that may otherwise materially affect Restore's relationship with RM and he will not be a member of the Audit Committee.

There are no further details relating to Charles that require disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
