Manutan International, offer to purchase certain assets of CAMIF SA including CAMIF COLLECTIVITES

Manutan International made an offer to purchase certain assets of CAMIF SA including the shares of CAMIF COLLECTIVITES, in the context of its redressement judiciaire decided by the commercial court of Niort on October 27th 2008. If this transaction is closed, it will be financed on its current shareholder equity. Such offer is subject to the prior approval of Manutan International Supervisory Board.
