The Bénéteau Group, which has confirmed its forecasts for a downturn in business over 2009, as announced at the end of January, i.e. -45% on the boat business and -40% for the Group as a whole, is currently engaged in a process to evaluate the outlook for the 2010 Season and a series of exchanges to consult with and inform staff representative bodies and employees.
During this period, the Group's management will first of all inform its employees and elected staff representatives. However, it will not fail to communicate more widely in due course. The Common
