ROSENBAUER International AG has received notification pursuant to §91 subsec. 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act ("Börsegesetz") from the Swiss investment company Hyposwiss Privatbank AG, Zurich, to the effect that this latter's shareholding has fall below the 5% threshold. Hyposwiss informed that the 5% threshold has fall below the 5 % as at February 17, 2009 (317,183 shares, representing 4.66%) and holds 0.67% of the issued share capital as at November 2, 2009.
