This card is for the purposes of registration and accreditation when attending the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). However, in light of the ongoing risks posed by Covid-19, shareholders are requested not to attend the AGM in person and instead appoint the Chairman of the Meeting (or their substitute(s)) as proxy using the Form of Proxy included below.
