2008 Registration Document filed

Bouygues filed its 2008 Registration Document with the French securities regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, on 9 April 2009. The French-language version is now available on the Group's website at www.bouygues.com.

Copies can also be obtained from the company's registered office at 32 Avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris, France.

The Registration Document includes the full-year financial statements, the Chairman's report on corporate governance and internal control, the reports of the statutory auditors and information about their fees, a description of the share buyback programme, and the annual report.
