Changes at SW Umwelttechnik´s Shareholder Structure

The Wolschner private foundation holds firsthand less than 45% of SW Umwelttechnik stock, but through syndicated contracting they still exercise the absolute majority of the share voting rights.

Klagenfurt, December 11, 2009 - SW Umwelttechnik AG has received an announcement in accordance with § 91 Par. 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act concerning a change in the number of SW Umwelttechnik shares owned by the Wolschner private foundation. As of December 11, 2009, the Wolschner private foundation reported a holding of 288.000 shares, or 43,64 % of issued share capital in SW Umwelttechnik.

Through syndicated contracting of the share voting rights, hold by the Wolschner family, the absolute majority for the Wolschner private foundation with 50% plus one share exists as hitherto. The other major shareholders, with holdings of more than 5%, are BKS Bank, Hansa Investment Funds AS and Swisscanto Asset Management AG; the remaining shares are in free float.
