Final Results Revised Date

Telecom Plus plc (the "Company"), today announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the full year ended 31 March 2021.

The Company's auditor, KPMG LLP, has requested additional time to complete its procedures because of the practical challenges of virtual working during lockdown.  As a result, the Company will now announce its final results on 18 June 2021, a short delay to the previously planned date of 15 June 2021.

The Board confirms that the final results are expected to be in line with the trading update provided on 28 April 2021.
