Board Committee membership changes

WPP today announces, pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.11R, that Sally Susman will step down as Co-Chair of the WPP Sustainability Committee (the "Committee") with immediate effect. Sally will remain a member of the Committee.

Roberto Quarta, Chairman of WPP, said: "I would like to thank Sally for Co-Chairing the Committee and for her very significant contribution to the success of the Committee since its formation in 2019."
