MITON UK MICROCAP TRUST PLC (the "Company")

REDEMPTION OF ORDINARY SHARES

The Company has an annual voluntary redemption facility through which shareholders are entitled to request the redemption of all or part of their holding of ordinary shares on an annual basis. As announced on 4 May 2021, the deadline for the 30 June 2021 Redemption Point was 2 June 2021.

The total number of ordinary shares in respect of which valid redemption requests were received for the 30 June 2021 Redemption Point was 2,671,198 shares (representing 2.4% of the issued share capital).

A further announcement will be made shortly after the 30 June 2021 Redemption Point setting out the Redemption Price.
