Aviva Recruitment and Retention Share Award Plan ("RRSAP")

·      On 27 May 2021, in London, and in line with the normal timetable, the following PDMR     received Aviva ordinary shares of 25 pence each (Shares) following the vesting of awards granted under the RRSAP in March 2021. This award was to replace, on a like for like basis, deferred compensation forfeited on resignation from his previous employer.
