New commissions totalling over EUR 2 m: a sewerage project with SW reinforced concrete pipes starts off our business in Bulgaria, a first infrastructure project commissioned in Moldova, an increasing number of commissions in Hungary and a sustainable residential housing project in Austria.
A new canalisation system consisting of a sewer drain and a wastewater treatment plant is being constructed in Rousse with the help of EU aid programmes. In future this will carry and purify the sewage of 240.000 people. SW Umwelttechnik will be supplying 400 reinforced concrete pipes with a diameter of 2 metres. The total value of this project is EUR 250.000.
We can also report our first commission from Moldova. SW Umwelttechnik will be providing pillars, beams, insulated wall panels and sleeve foundations for an automotive supplier. Start of construction will be mid June and the project should be completed by mid July. The total value of this project is EUR 130.000.
SW Umwelttechnik is building a warehouse for the logistics park Budapest. The contract value totals around EUR 700.000, the work is planned for mid June to end of July 2010. SW Umwelttechnik will be supplying concrete elements for the North-eastern city of Miskolc where an office building is being constructed with a ground area of 7.000 m². The total value of this project is EUR 300.000. Construction starts in
August 2010.
A barrier-free housing estate with 72 apartments is being built in Villach. Using wood-concrete building blocks is not only environmentally friendly, but due to its cost-effectiveness and the social compatibility of the building it is also in accordance with the EU supported principle of sustainability. Construction starts in June 2010, the total value of this project is EUR 142.000.
