Correction to Mawer Investment Management's shareholding in Topdanmark

Pursuant to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Topdanmark A/S hereby announces it has received corrected information from Mawer Investment Management regarding company announcement no. 04/2022 dated 1 February 2022. As of 31 January 2022, the aggregate holdings of Mawer Investment Management did not exceed 5% of the capital as initially disclosed. The corrected number of Topdanmark's shares held by Mawer Investment Management as of 31 January 2022 was 4,291,983 shares equivalent to 4.77% of the capital and 4.77% of the voting rights.
