Amendment to Director's shareholding

The Company announces an update to the shareholding of one of its directors, Mr Karl Sternberg. Mr  Sternberg recently performed a consolidation exercise across his financial affairs, including those of his partner, and has identified an inadvertent discrepancy in the initial combined holding in the shares of the Company notified at the time of his joining the Board in 2013.

Additional shares totalling 2,206 held in a SIPP have been identified and so Mr Sternberg's combined notifiable holding in the shares of the Company is 18,189. Since joining the Board, all relevant transactions in the Company's shares by Mr Sternberg and persons closely associated with him have been properly disclosed.
