With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the "Company") hereby announces that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, has notified the Company that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S holds 11,828,855 votes, corresponding to 10.897% of the total votes in the Company.
