In accordance with the terms of his appointment the Company's new Chief Financial Officer, Lukas Paravicini, was granted, on 19 May 2021, an award (Award) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

The Award has been granted over 113,073 shares, which has been set by reference to the mid-market closing price of the Company's shares on 18 May 2021.

In accordance to his terms of appointment, the performance criteria will be the same as those used for the Company's LTIPs granted in February 2021 to other participants and described in detail in the announcement dated 18 February 2021.
