Zumtobel AG: Dr. Mathias Dähn to become new Chief Financial Officer of Zumtobel AG

Dornbirn, 10 November 2010 (pta/10.11.2010/07:30) - The Supervisory Board of Zumtobel AG has appointed Dr. Mathias Dähn as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Zumtobel AG. 43 year-old Dähn, who holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, has been appointed for a three-year term and will take up his duties on 1 July 2011 at the latest. He succeeds Thomas Spitzenpfeil, who left the Executive Board of Zumtobel AG at the end of September 2010.

Dr. Mathias Dähn studied at the University of Bamberg and began his career with Robert Bosch GmbH, where his positions included Head of Financial Controlling for Eastern Europe. Following further managerial roles in the financial controlling sector within debitel AG and as CFO of Loyalty Partner GmbH, in 2005 he moved to join the MAN Group. Initially Director Group Controlling, he was most recently Director Group Purchasing, MAN Diesel & Turbo.
