Admission of additional shares to listing on the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange and Total Voting Rights

MetalNRG plc (LSE: MNRG) announces that 443,939,394 additional Ordinary Shares have today been admitted to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc as the result of a placing and an exchange of shares with EQTEC plc as detailed in the prospectus of the Company published on 11 May 2021.

Total voting rights

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 952,119,197 and this number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement are as defined in the prospectus published by the Company on 11 May 2021, unless the context otherwise requires.
