With reference to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the "Company") hereby announces BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, has notified the Company that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S holds 10,779,955 votes, corresponding to 9.931% of the total votes in the Company.
