Transfer of shares out of treasury, Voting rights

EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") has on 13 May 2021 transferred out of treasury 1,817,109 ordinary shares for nil consideration which will be used to satisfy awards made under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and which will vest in May 2021.

Following the transfer EVRAZ has 47,837,582 treasury shares.

The Company announces in accordance with DTR 5.6.1A that, as at 13 May 2021 and following the transfer, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,506,527,294 ordinary shares of US$0.05 each. The total number of voting rights attaching to the ordinary shares of the Company is therefore 1,458,689,712.

The above figure (1,458,689,712) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's ordinary shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
