Paris, 14 September 2009 – EUROPACORP (FR0010490920), producer and distributor of feature films and one of Europe's leading independent film studios, held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on 11 September 2009.
During this meeting, all the resolutions tabled were approved.
The Company announces that the payment of the dividend of €0.18 per share, the subject of the fourth resolution that was approved during the General Meeting, will be carried out on 9 October 2009.
