POLYTEC HOLDING AG has been informed according to § 91 Austrian Stock Exchange Act, that Friedrich Huemer, CEO of Polytec Group in total went below the threshold of 30% via attributable companies. The current shareholding of Friedrich Huemer is as following:

Huemer Holding GmbH 3,572,734 shares or 16.00% of the share capital Huemer Invest GmbH 2,374,802 shares or 10.64% of the share capital

This equals a change in the shareholding of Huemer Invest Gmbh of 936,981 shares or 4.20% of the share capital. In both companies a reportable threshold was not passed. In total Friedrich Huemer holds via attributable companies 5,947,536 shares or 26.64% of the share capital.
