Directorate change 

Morgan Advanced Materials plc ("the Group"), announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Peter Turner, has informed the Board of his intention to retire. Peter will leave the Group during the first half of 2022 to support an orderly transition. The Board is commencing a search for his successor.

Douglas Caster, Chairman, said:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Peter for his support and significant contribution to the Group over the last five years. Peter has worked tirelessly and successfully to strengthen the financial position of the Group, and his calm and rigorous leadership has been invaluable to the Board and Executive Team.  He leaves the Group much stronger and healthier than when he arrived, and we wish him well in his retirement."

Peter Turner said:

"It has been a pleasure and a privilege to have been a part of the team over the last five years.  I would like to thank Pete, Douglas, and all the team for their support, and to wish them every success as they continue to grow and improve the Group.  I look forward to working in due course with my successor to ensure a smooth transition."
