BAE Systems plc will hold its Annual General Meeting today at 10.30 a.m. in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK.  Shareholders are not able to attend the meeting due to COVID-19 restrictions but have been able to vote on the resolutions by proxy.  The results of the vote will be published on the Company's website later today.

A trading update will not be given today on the day of the Annual General Meeting, but will be issued on 19 May 2021. Later on 19 May a presentation for analysts and investors will be held via webcast at 2pm UK time focusing on technology and our Electronic Systems division. A recording of the webcast will be available for replay by all shareholders on investors.baesystems.com from later in the day, together with a copy of the presentation slides.
