JUST GROUP PLC SUBSIDIARY DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Just Group plc ("Just", the "Group"), today announces that after 6 years with the Group, Nick Poyntz-Wright has decided to step down as Chair of the Group's subsidiary Life Companies, Just Retirement Limited and Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited, in order to focus on his other commitments.

John Perks, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group's subsidiary companies, will take over as Chair.

John Hastings-Bass, Group Chair, commented:
