Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that under the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), the following awards were granted on 30 April 2021.

The vesting date for 2021 Awards is 29 April 2024, being the third anniversary from the award date. The 2021 Awards are in the form of conditional share award and vesting will be in accordance with performance conditions. No consideration is payable for the grant of an Award.
Deferred Bonus Share Plan
The Company announces that under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan ("DBSP"), the following awards were granted on 30 April 2021.

The DBSP provides that 50% of the annual bonus attributable to Executive Directors be paid in the form of restricted share awards. Under the terms of the DBSP, the awards will become exercisable on 29 April 2024, being the third anniversary from the award date. There are no further performance conditions associated with this award. This is the first issue under the DBSP.
With the agreement of the Remuneration Committee, Duncan Magrath and Matthew White informed the Company that they will transfer 75,023 and 33,314 shares respectively to their spouse for nil consideration.
