Dornbirn (pta/29.04.2011/13:30) - April 29, 2011 - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by FMR LLC. As of April 28, 2011, FMR LLC reported a holding of 4,395,970 shares in Zumtobel AG or 10.11% of the issued shares (43,500,000), through Fidelity Management & Research Company, Pyramis Global Advisors LLC und Pyramis Global Advisors Trust Company.
