The following resolution was passed as special business at the Annual General Meeting of Drax Group plc held on 21 April 2021.
IT WAS RESOLVED THAT, with effect from the conclusion of the meeting, the articles of association of the Company produced to the meeting be adopted as the new articles of association of the Company (New Articles) in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the Company’s existing articles of association (Current Articles).
