Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held at its offices at 4th floor, Greener House, 66-68 Haymarket, London SW1Y 4RF on 12 May 2021 at 10:30am, together with forms of proxy for use at the meeting, have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website at www.phpgroup.co.uk..

Due to continued restrictions on meetings during the coronavirus pandemic, to ensure shareholders' safety, physical attendance by shareholders at the meeting will not be permitted, and arrangements are being made, as explained in the notice of meeting, for the proceedings to be broadcast online.  Shareholders are encouraged to submit their proxy voting instructions in advance of the meeting.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the notice of meeting and forms of proxy will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available to view on 13 April 2021 or shortly thereafter.
