BUREAU VERITAS PUBLISHES ITS REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

Bureau Veritas has filed its 2009 Registration Document (« Document de référence 2009 ») with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers on April 12, 2010 under number R.10-019.

This document includes notably the annual financial report, the Chairman's report, the statutory auditors' reports and the information related to the fees paid to statutory auditors.

The 2009 Registration Document is available on Bureau Veritas' website (www.bureauveritas.com/investors), section « Regulated information », and through the website of the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (www.amf-france.org).
