Watches of Switzerland Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following transactions by PDMRs in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.0125 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

- Tea Colaianni, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,518 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.630857 per Ordinary Share on 1 April 2021.
