Director Declaration- Correction

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director Declaration' announcement released on 6 April 2021 at 13.00 under RNS No 5123U.  Anne Stevens' appointment date as a Non-Executive Director of Harbour Energy plc should be with effect from 31 March 2021 instead of 1 April 2021.  All other details remain unchanged.  The full amended text is shown below.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R the Company announces that Anne Stevens, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Harbour Energy plc with effect from 31 March 2021.  On 1 April 2021, Harbour Energy plc announced that following the completion of the all-share merger of Chrysaor Holdings Ltd and Premier Oil plc, the group's enlarged ordinary share capital was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
