Vienna, 4 October 2011 - Kapsch TrafficCom AG (ISIN AT000KAPSCH9), listed in the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, has reached a basic agreement with Asfinag Mautservice GmbH on the extension of the operations and maintenance contract for the nationwide electronic truck toll collection system in Austria which currently terminates at the end of 2013. An annex to the contract now extends the termination of the contract until the end of 2018.
