Availability of the 2009 reference document

The TOUAX SCA 2009 reference document was submitted to AMF (the French regulatory authority) on April 12, 2010.

An English version of this document is available under regulatory conditions. It may be downloaded from the Downloads section of the TOUAX Web site (www.touax.com/investors relations/documents for downloading/annual report 2009).
