Availability of briefing documents for the Shareholder's Ordinary General Meeting - June 10, 2010

The Ordinary General Meeting of TOUAX SCA Shareholders will take place on Thursday June 10, 2010 at 3:00 pm at the Hôtel Sofitel, PARIS la Défense located at 34 cours Michelet in Paris La Défense.

Official notification, a presentation of the resolutions submitted for vote at the General Meeting, and a single form for voting by correspondence or by proxy, were sent to registered shareholders and to account-holding institutions which made a request.

The 2009 reference document, submitted to AMF (the French regulatory authority) on April 12, 2010, is available at the Web site: www.touax.com. The notification published in BALO dated May 24, 2010 and a draft of the resolutions are available at that site in the Annual General Meeting section.

Shareholders may also view at the head office or request a copy of the 2009 annual report and all the information specified in Article R.225-83 of French Commercial Law.
