Loan Extension

Curzon Energy Plc (LON:CZN), the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas company, announces that it has extended its outstanding loan with Sun Seven Stars Investment Group, originally announced on 18 March 2020, to 30 August 2021.  The loan consists of a principal amount of £260,000 and carries a 10% interest rate.

Separately, the Company continues to conduct mutual due diligence with Poseidon Enhanced Technologies ("PET") in contemplation of a reverse takeover of Curzon by PET.   The Company will provide further updates in due course.
