Acquisition of the 'MAISONS LES NATURELLES' company

The MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT group announces the acquisition, with effect from the 1st July 2010, of the whole of the capital of the MAISONS LES NATURELLES company whose head office is based at Amiens in the Somme (80).

A builder of traditional and wood framed individual houses for over forty years, the MAISONS LES NATURELLES company has built over 3,200 houses since its creation and has the benefit of an excellent reputation.

It has 7 branches covering the Somme, the Pas de Calais and Seine Maritime, departments where the Group had no or little presence.

Mme WYNANDS, currently manager of the company will retain her position.

The MAISONS LES NATURELLES company reports performance completely in accordance with the criteria defined by Groupe MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT and in 2009 achieved:

• Turnover of $£12.0M$ .
• Operating profit of $\epsilon$ 905K, equal to 7.5% operating profitability,
• $\epsilon$ 590K net profit, equal to a 4.9% net margin.

The balance sheet, at 31 December 2009, shows $\epsilon$ 1.1M net cash and own capital of €1.8M.

With this acquisition, which adds to the majority stake (50.1%) taken in the Maisons et Résidences CORBIOLI company last April, the MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT Group reaffirms its desire to be recognised as the focus for combining profitable dynamic companies in the sector.

Continued dynamic sales

The trend towards increasing order intake announced with the publication of the $1^st$ quarter turnover has continued in recent months.

Buyers' interest in LCB (Low Consumption Building) houses has been confirmed as well as the progressive return of second time buyers.
