Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 18 March 2021, Joanne Musselle, PDMR, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 96,688 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares").  On the same day, Ms Musselle sold 45,603 Shares each in the Company at a price of £8.4421 per Share to cover associated tax liabilities.

The above transactions were executed in GBP.
