David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 999 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,399 pence per share on 17 March 2021; 

Jane Potter, a person closely associated with David Potter, purchased 250 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each at a price of 1,380 pence per share on 15 March 2021;

David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 200 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each at a price of 1,380 pence per share on 12 March 2021; and

David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 250 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each at a price of 1,389 pence per share on 11 March 2021.
