Publication of the 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting  

The Company announces that it has today posted the 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting ('2021 Notice of AGM') to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.  The 2021 Notice of AGM can also be downloaded from the Company's website, www.serco.com/agm2021.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Wednesday 21 April 2021 at the Company's office at Enterprise House, 11 Bartley Wood Business Park, Bartley Way, Hook, Hampshire RG27 9XB.  However, given the current restrictions in place and those likely to be in place at the time, shareholders are advised to monitor the Company's website and also announcements via the Regulatory News Service for details of alternative arrangements.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the 2021 Notice of AGM will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will, in due course, be available for inspection at www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
