Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated
The Company announces that it was notified on 15 March 2021 of the following transactions by Allan Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer:
· The sale of 133,745 ordinary shares of one penny each in NewRiver ("Ordinary Shares") at 97.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
· The subsequent purchase of 224,489 Ordinary Shares for his SIPP at 97.58 pence per Ordinary Share.
· Following these two transactions, his shareholding in NewRiver has increased by 90,744 shares to 347,355 Ordinary Shares.
The Company further announces that it was notified on 15 March 2021 of the following transactions by Mark Davies, Chief Financial Officer:
· The sale of 185,000 ordinary shares of one penny each in NewRiver ("Ordinary Shares") at 96.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
· The subsequent purchase of 185,000 Ordinary Shares for his SIPP at 96.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
· Following these two transactions, his shareholding in NewRiver remains the same at 275,838 Ordinary Shares.
