2020 Preliminary Results revised date, guidance unchanged

Elementis plc ("Elementis" or the "Group"), a global specialty chemicals company, today announces a revised date for the publication of its Preliminary Results for the full year ended 31 December 2020.

The Group's auditor, Deloitte LLP, has requested additional time to complete its audit procedures because of the practical challenges of virtual working during lockdown. As a result, the Group will now announce its Preliminary Results on 23 March 2021, one week later than the previously planned date of 16 March.

The Board expects to report audited full year results in line with the trading update provided on 14 January 2021.

There will be a webcast and conference call for analysts and institutional investors at 11am on 23 March 2021. Access to the webcast and presentation slides will be made available on the Elementis website.
