2020 FINAL DIVIDEND

Domino's Pizza Group plc confirms that, further to the announcement of its results for the year ended 27 December 2020, and subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on 22 April 2021, the recommended 2020 final dividend of 9.1p per share will be paid on 4 May 2021 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 9 April 2021.
