The Company was notified on 9 March 2021 that on the same day Nick Kelsall, the Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 11,278 10p ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") under the Norcros plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme, at an option price of 159.6p and retained the resulting Shares, which following the option exercise were gifted to Mr Kelsall's wife, Susan Kelsall.

Following this acquisition, Nick Kelsall is interested in 1,675,686 Shares in total.
