Due to a differing interpretation of the environmental specifications, Infraero Aeroportos has cancelled the 33 Mio EUR order it had placed with Rosenbauer America for the supply of 80 airport rescue fire fighting vehicles. Rosenbauer America has lodged an appeal against this cancellation with the responsible official body and is seeking further legal remedies.

This occurrence will adversely affect the Group's consolidated financial statements for 2012 due to provisions and to loss of profit totalling 3.1 Mio EUR.

For Financial 2012, Management is still expecting Group revenues of over 600 Mio EUR and an EBIT margin of over 6%.
