PPR annonce avoir procédé au transfert des titres de Conforama à Steinhoff International et avoir encaissé l'intégralité du montant de la transaction selon les termes annoncés le 9 décembre 2010.

PPR announces that the transfer of Conforama to Steinhoff International is effective and that the full payment of the transaction was received under the terms announced on December 9, 2010.
