Flughafen Wien AG: Announcement pursuant to § 91 of the Austrian Stock
Exchange Act

In accordance with § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Flughafen Wien
AG was informed on 18 April 2013 that the City of Vienna transferred
4,200,000 shares in FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft, which represents an
investment of 20.0% in the share capital of the company, to Wien Holding
GmbH through a contribution in kind on 15 April 2013.

Wien Holding GmbH now owns 4,200,000 shares of FLUGHAFEN WIEN
Aktiengesellschaft, which represents an investment of 20.0% in the share
capital of the company. The City of Vienna no longer holds any bearer
shares in FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft.
